1. Available Payment Method

At this time, Ironenews accepts payment through PayPal. Customers can select PayPal during checkout and follow the instructions provided by PayPal to complete the transaction.

Ironenews normally processes orders Monday through Friday, with a daily order cut-off time of 5:00 PM EST.

Orders submitted before or after the daily cut-off may be handled according to our standard business processing schedule. The cut-off time does not guarantee that every order will enter fulfillment at a specific time.

7. Payment Currency

The currency presented during checkout is the currency applicable to the order and may be displayed by the Ironenews checkout system and/or PayPal.

If your PayPal account or funding source uses a different currency, PayPal may apply its own currency conversion process, exchange rate, or applicable conversion terms.

Any currency conversion performed by PayPal is subject to PayPal's applicable terms, exchange rates, and policies.

Ironenews does not request your PayPal account password through email, telephone, or customer support messages.

11. Failed or Declined Payments

If a PayPal payment is declined, rejected, canceled, or otherwise unsuccessful, the order may not be completed until a successful payment is received.

Common reasons for an unsuccessful payment may include insufficient funds, an unavailable funding source, account restrictions, verification issues, security checks, or other conditions determined by PayPal.

Ironenews cannot override PayPal's payment authorization decisions. If you experience a payment problem within PayPal, you may need to contact PayPal directly for additional assistance.

If you believe that you have accidentally completed more than one payment for the same order, please contact Ironenews as soon as possible at support@ironenews.com.

Please include the order number and relevant transaction information so that our team can investigate the issue.

We may request additional information to verify the transaction and determine whether a duplicate payment occurred.

Customers should wait for confirmation that the order and payment have been successfully received before considering the purchase complete.

If you are uncertain whether a payment was completed, please avoid repeatedly submitting the payment until you have checked your order status or contacted our support team. This can help reduce the possibility of duplicate transactions.

If an order or eligible item is approved for a refund under the applicable Ironenews Return & Refund Policy, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method where possible.

For payments made through PayPal, applicable refunds are generally associated with the original PayPal transaction.

Ironenews processes approved refunds within 12 days. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your PayPal account may vary depending on PayPal's processing procedures.

15. Order Cancellations and Payment

If you request an order cancellation, Ironenews will first determine whether the order can still be canceled based on its current fulfillment status.

If the cancellation is successfully approved and a refund is due, the applicable amount will be processed through the original payment method where possible.
